  Jennifer, thank you for signing up as an Active Field agent, we are always looking for good agents that we can connect our retiring agents with.
  
  As you know we work with those agents that are retiring from real estate and may have developed a large clientele over the years, we will market to the agents database on their behalf and they can continue to collect residual referral income as they welcome their retirement.
  
  We also realize that with the current market conditions many agents are considering a second income or possibly an exit from the industry. With My Green Parachute they now have an option, they can keep their license active without most of the usual costs of remaining active, they can refer their business and no that theirclients are in good hands while they find another source of income.
  As you know we currently are active in 15 states, we have an additional 23 states that are coming on board in 2009 and the referral potential is growing exponentially every day.
  
  We look forward to sending referrals your way. If you know of any other agents that may be considering retirement or want an exit strategy, please forward their names on to us. We are also looking for several trainers and other active Realtors that would like more business in 2009, without leaving their current company. Trainers receive an additional income from agents that sign up and train other agents how to become professional referral agents.
