    The recession has definitely taken its toll on the housing market and golf course properties are no exception. A few articles ago I had spoken about the popularity of golf course living and the fact that homes on a course will appreciate faster and hold their value longer than similar non-course homes.   • Jen's first blog on her new site!

    Wow, what a whirlwind of a year.  Thank goodness 2008 is behind us and I am so looking forward to 2009.  New year, new president, new potential....it should be a great year.  Great time to buy those investment homes if you were ever thinking about it.  Interest rates are low, prices are definitely low....great time to invest.
